I am Polina, a digital illustrator and concept artist; I am currently completing my studies in the field of “Theatre Costume Design” at the Moscow State University of Culture. Despite the fact that I am just starting my professional journey, I already have a solid academic foundation in costume design, pattern making, and traditional art.
My main strengths:
Costume design and construction
I don’t just draw clothes — I design them. My education includes pattern making, sewing, 3D modelling, and clothing construction. This means that every fastener, seam, and drape in my works is based on the logic of real‑world rules in tailoring and clothing design.
Cinematic illustration and storytelling
I create atmospheric cinematic scenes with dramatic lighting and emotionally rich compositions. Sometimes, when creating them, I use programs such as Clo3d and Blender. I specialize in dark fantasy, D&D, and narrative portraits.
Textures and materials
From lace and velvet to faded leather and polished metal — I have a deep understanding of how various fabrics and materials behave under light, both in 2D and in real life.
My hybrid skill set includes:
- Illustration and concept art (2D, digital)
- Character and costume design (2D and 3D)
- Multi‑figure compositions
- Traditional art and hand‑drawn sketching
- Sewing and pattern making
Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Procreate
- CLO3D / CLO
- Adobe Illustrator
- Traditional Drawing & Sketching
- Costume Design & Pattern Making
- English Language (B2 / Upper-Intermediate)
I am ready to work on freelance projects, orders for tabletop role‑playing games, and character design.
